If you have ever hosted or been to a party where all the guests (or at least the cool ones) congregated in the kitchen? Then you know where we're going with this.

Ladies Night In!

A group of long-time friends gather around Chef Kevin for a Mexican Fiesta. I'd say my skills left them speechless, but I think 8 mouths full of fresh tortilla chips can be thanked for that.

Can you blame the guests? The kitchen is the sources of all the good food, drinks and aromas. So, why fight it? Don't let the party just end up in the kitchen, have it start there!

Whether there are 4 to 40, the idea is the same.

With your guest list in mind, we'll work on a menu together. This will include selecting the various dishes as well as wine or drink pairings. For example, we can make it a Mexican Fiesta with homemade margaritas, sizzling fajitas, cheesy enchiladas all with fresh guacamole and salsa. You and your guests will be screaming Ole! Let’s talk about your crowd, the occasion and we’ll go from there.

The day of the party, we'll handle the shopping and setup. The night of the party, guests arrive and for the first 30 minutes or so, they socialize with cocktails and appetizers based on the theme of the evening.

Next, your instructor will explain the menu and demonstrate the techniques that will be used in its preparation.

Then, you and your guests will roll up your sleeves and tie on aprons.

After the carefully supervised slicing, dicing and sautéing, your group is ready to enjoy the fruits of their labor.

Before cleaning up, your instructor dines with the group and remains available for additional questions while you and your guests can continue to relax and socialize.

Your guests will go home with great memories, happy tummies, commemorative recipes and photos.

We offer two types of personal cooking parties, with the primary differences being size and location.

Intimate Dinners @ Your Home
These are probably our favorite parties. The size of these parties will be limited by the size of your kitchen and entertaining areas. This is a great opportunity to gather with some close friends in familiar surroundings while you all try something new together.

Larger Gatherings @ Professional Kitchens
The party just got bigger! We have access to a variety of professional kitchens in and around Chicago. Many will comfortably accommodate 30 or more guests for a hands-on experience. This also makes a great team building or client appreciation event for businesses.
